HD 7950 ASUS 75 degrees after 3 weeks?

I got a gaming PC for Christmas with a Ryzen 5 5600gt, 16GB RAM 3200mhz, and an Asus HD7950 3GB. Yes, I know I bottleneck my CPU, but I could play Fortnite at 400+ FPS and other games on ultra. Then, after a few weeks, it went from 67-68 degrees to 80 degrees. I've installed a few tweaks. Could that be the cause?

(I'll be upgrading to an RTX 3060 soon, thanks in advance)

Your graphics card is 13 years old – this is a massive problem, not the CPU (even though it is not the Burner). What “Tweaks” you have installed.

I wouldn’t buy a 3060.

Apart from that you certainly don’t play with the hardware what is up to date on “Ultra”.

I doubt it. Even games on Full HD stress the VRAM by significantly more than 3GB the card has. Of course, if you mean E-Sports Shooter, which can also run on a calculator, that can be natural.

Nevertheless, the graphics card is the problem in your computer, the processor is ok.

Hello,

I have installed a couple of tweaks, can it lie?

That sounds a little shady. Uninstall the Tweaks and uninstall the graphics driver. If the problem is fixed, you have the answer.
