Part-time job despite voluntary social year?

Hi I have been offered the opportunity to do an FSJ in a shr clinic this year

However, I live alone and I have to finance myself at least a little bit

It would be important to me to continue doing my part-time job anyway. I like the team there and it is really easy to earn money because I get 15 euros net per hour.

That would be 6-7 days a month that I would be working somewhere else. Do you think that's possible despite doing an Fsj?

Hello,

in principle, a minijob is possible next to the FSJ. However, you have to discuss it with your location. The Work Protection Act or the Youth Employment Protection Act must also be respected.

In addition, you may continue to have a child's allowance and you can apply for grants such as citizen's money or housing.

Hi, I did the SEJ this year, something like that. Yes, that shouldn't be a problem, provided you can choose your working hours a bit flexible. Have had jobs.

Hey,

I know people who worked on a mini-job basis during an FSJ.

So it should work on itself.
