Reolink camera not connecting to Android?
Good Morning,
My Reolink Argus camera won't connect to my Wi-Fi on my smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi 12). The camera's message says: Failed to connect camera to Wi-Fi.
It works immediately with my girlfriend's iPhone.
Router is an icotera i4850.
Are there any Android Wi-Fi settings that could prevent this?
I hope you can help me. Thank you very much!
Hello, Ytong,
had such a problem with other devices. Look what kind of encryption method your phone uses. If I get that right, do you want to connect the camera to the hotspot of your phone?
Good Morning,
Thank you for your answer.
No, I want to connect my WiFi camera to my WiFi router. With Iphone my girlfriend, it's not with my Xiaomi smartphone.
Where can I find the encryption method on my phone?
Then the problem is not on your phone;) How do you access the camera's user interface? About App or Browser?
As in the video:D, but the camera simply does not connect to the router..
And how do you connect to the camera to access the camera?
No, my phone is in the WLAN, the Reolink camera does not want to connect to the WLAN. Reolink app installed on Android and tries to connect, does not radio. Reolink app installed on Iphone and everything works.
Okay, and to set up, did you connect your phone to the camera's wifi?
