the shortest I know:

“you are

Buddhist.” -> b and d are exchanged.

or:

the child who had so plified,

sat on the hot hob -> p and h are interchanged.

is extremely difficult to find this, I have failed several times!

but there are also grains that can even shake four times, first exchange the consonants, and then the vowels:
