Which contract is better?
Which type of contract is better: a collective agreement or a standard collective agreement? I've just noticed that a standard collective agreement isn't so great for low-paying jobs. Pay increases are rejected with the excuse "we pay according to the collective agreement, so a pay increase isn't possible."
A collective agreement contains provisions on the general "framework conditions" of employment contracts in a specific sector.
In addition, these are long-term oriented.
Of course, there is no room for wage increases. These are automatic and fixed.
But you can get more money through voluntary allowances.
But are these contracts better than normal collective agreements?
A typical coat collective agreement is for example the TVÖD.
A single collective agreement as a supplement would then be Zb of the letter N (TÖVDn)
There's no worse because there's something else in every TV. It depends on that.
Right. Better not a collective agreement.
Is a mantwl collective agreement better? There would be 6 grades I would be in level 3 or 4. So I can definitely get an increase that I don't currently get. Only if that
