Protein & carbohydrates?
I try to eat a balanced diet. But when I try to get my protein without a protein shake, I always end up consuming too much fat and too few carbohydrates.
Which foods have a lot of protein AND carbohydrates?
It's about this product here: I know you can eat cooked buckwheat, but I've recently seen that some people also add these raw grains to their muesli. As a true breakfast cereal fan, I'd love to try that! It's supposed to be incredibly healthy, too. So can you eat it raw without cooking it first?
