Similar smarrn is in many contracts. However, according to my knowledge (disclaimer: I am not a lawyer – a laity opinion!) this ban is ineffective if you are with others who do the same job.
Do your colleagues have qualifications (eg additional language skills) that make them more versatile?
If you're talking about the salary right now, you'll be out again before you're the word "test time" thinking can. I personally would keep my feet still until the end of it.
But could it be that the salary is a point in the contract whose adjustment is already planned after the trial period expires? If you don't like the connection offer, you can still return the notice period for a little longer. In addition, you will then apply yourself out of an unannounced job relationship, so you already have some experience in the job. Do you stay if you get 3870 euros gross? Your employer will most likely offer something that just exceeds the highest competitive offer. Or not even that, because if it only equals EUR 3860, then the reason for your change will fall away.
An increase of 38 and 41% is already a quite sporty project. Even with a fundamentally employee-oriented employer, this is likely to be difficult if one does not have extremely rare and sought-after qualifications, especially if the argument "the others deserve this, but also!" cannot be used. Those who make a claim that appears to be the third will probably be permanently on a mental list.
