Add already installed game to Steam library?

I downloaded World of Tanks normally via the wargaming.net Center and now I would like to start World of Tanks via Steam.
(I know this is a bit unnecessary, but I still want it xD)

But if I now search for World of Tanks in the shop, I would have to install it again. The installation would also be completed.

You can pack the game under C program x86 Steam steamapps common and then just download it over Steam. He then checks what's already there and probably just downloads some Steam specific files down

Name must naturally fit 1:1 as Steam would create the folder
