Driving movement naming?

Hello,

What is the name given to the motion of a body that moves in both X and Y directions simultaneously, ie diagonally? Is it called axis-parallel?

Straight movement is the movement of a body which simultaneously moves in the X and Y directions. It is also known as a diagonal movement. Movements both in the X direction and in the Y direction can be combined to describe this type of movement.

"Axis-parallel" movement, on the other hand, refers to a movement in which a body moves parallel to a certain geometric axis without changing the direction.
