Hello,

For a silver line, the upper and lower sides of the sheet are much too uniform. I see hair on the bottom only in the leaf axes. In the summer alley, the underside would have to be more hairy, in the winter alley these “beards” would have to be reddish. It is therefore possible that it is the hybrid between these two, Tilia x europaea.

In addition, the very fresh leaves seem to me with possibly not yet typical features…

It is a summer blind, possibly a variant (Tilia platyphyllos var.)
