Which horse breeds fold their tails onto their backs and why?

So, when running, many horse breeds fold their tails behind their backs like that. Which breeds do this, and why? What's the reason? Arabians and the like do it, but why? Do they know they're beautiful and therefore strut with their tails up, or what's the reason for this?

"know that they are beautiful"

I say no animal knows it's "beautiful". Animals, fortunately, have your social media or any other media, which are supposed to be beautiful for them. Animals are easy. Their beauty lies in the eye of the viewer.

Consequently, no horse will take an extra position because it finds itself "beautiful", but with the body language of each animal a feeling/good condition is shown. The tail is usually worn so high when the horse is excited/excited/narrowed. This can be done not only by Arabs, but it can even run my Freiberger if he is alarmed by anything. There's nothing to do with "How beautiful I am." Also the horse in the video doesn't run so to show how great he is, but I think that looks rather hectic and nervous.

Horses are quite able to present themselves, but usually not out of a thought of their own "beautifulness", but because the environment simply fits and the horse then reacts accordingly.

that means that horses are all nervous and hectic on a horse look? because they all present themselves

at the Arab shows: YES. Unfortunately the most. It's true to the Arabs that they're deliberately crazy.
There are a few well-trained horses that don't do this because their owners don't keep anything from splashing, but the land UNFORTUNATELY never on the first places. (I am a decided opponent of Arab shows. They are often animal torture.)

In warm blood breeding you even want a relaxed pendulum silence and not such an excited something.

I don't know if that's true for everyone. But look at the horses in your video. What do you think the barley is being used in the video if not to stab the horse?

We had a pony (Shetty mix) on the farm, that once had torn off, had run into a field, and then there with a high-heavy whistle is torn over back and forth. There we have also strayed πŸ˜€ So that is probably not only Arabs.

Read the other comments. That's all you can say. And hope you never buy your own horse with this attitude.

Still, you'll be some teen.

No, it doesn't look noble, it looks like mistreated horses. The true horse-knife/lover, also looks at the Arabs, such shows not at all. There's only the high-priced pale nobody wants.

The real lovers buy their most great horses free pasture under the hand which do not go over the show sale at all.

Because no one with real horse-mindedness, his most precious good may be corked by such garbage. We do not want to talk about the sheikhs who have enjoyed a lot of money, little brains and even less education. We are talking about the true lovers with a really lot of money and an extremely good ridiculing, maintenance training.

You really can't help if you call a panic-highed hover as "Edel". Hope that you can't afford your own horse for a long time

yes in warm blood but with arabs it looks noble when they wear the whistle so high

no horse knows it's beautiful. You interpret something that the horses do not feel. My Arab mares do this even when they get the big race on the pasture. And yes, I like it too. Especially if it's still rusting.
In truth, however, she keeps her short back bang-proof. If this happens during the free race on the pasture, it doesn't matter.

If a horse would do that under the rider, that would be a bad sign and the horse should be strongly gymnasticized and an osteopath.

I think on the pasture it's only horses with short backs. And only if they're upset. (positive or negative)

This can also be my heavy WB – if it is under total stress or panic. Probably this could even be my Fjordi, but he is absolutely chilled and deeply relaxed and I fortunately never experienced him in real panic.

Even Arabs only do this when they are stressed. This is nothing to do with beauty, but with fear and excitement. Whoever does this to an animal willingly can only be sick in the head. If my WB is so close to me, I'll try to calm him down so he can relax.

You should distance yourself from such practices as in your video. The way in which feeling beings are handled is absolutely disgusting.

which video. I can't find a video on Lochnet's question. If you mean an old video she had hired, I think it's bad she still finds it great. It has been explained to her that this is common to animals.

"Swipe on the back"?

At some point, I'll make a Lochnet dictionary, I think.

do they know that they are beautiful and therefore proud of me raised gay or what is that?

No animal knows that it's beautiful, and that's why no one is proud. If you mean your terrible video – that's pretty much everything, but not proud.

I see extremely nervous, excited, sometimes almost panic horses that mostly run away from their people instead of with them. I see riders with incredibly hard hands, torn mouths, pain in the horses. The video is terrible.

This high silence is an expression of intense stress in this video. This can be any horse if you only touch it enough (eg with your great tits on it).

Kaktus800

I also think the video is terrible, how you can really find such a nice thing, really takes off my idea. You don't see a single relaxed running horse, but they've really all been made hectic with this horrific weddle, then the head lay…. Anyone who finds this beautiful and does not notice what the horses here actually FEEL, has actually lost nothing near horses. Recognizing when a horse has stress is probably one of the least things that you should expect to have someone with horses.

This can be any horse,

is true, of course, but I think the lighter Arab can then be more easily arrested by humans than a cold blossom. When he comes to the race, then Hallelujah….

Salomchen

There's no horse on his back. It's not anatomical. At the most, they set their silence on the way he blows through the air like a flag.

This makes horses for different reasons. You can be excited, want to impose, be afraid or painful.

A horse doesn't know it's beautiful.

I just saw your video. Arabs carry their tail higher than other horses as they lack a vertebrae.

Hjalti

I have never seen a horse in my life that can fold the tail on my back – please show!

However, if you mean the tail of the enlightened, hectic animal on your video carried like a flag, horses of all colors, regardless of the race, when they are excited, heated or also scary. Even my old, already quite toothless Norwegian grandma always has her 5 minutes, and sometimes manages to run with the herd and then makes "Schweif Fahne".

How should the Arab now know that it is beautiful? In any case, as is known, lies in the eye of the observer. Gives x people who don't find horses beautiful, Arabs not beautiful. So no. Again, no idea of the communication of the horse and human behavior interpreted purely.

HorseCatOwner

An Arab has only 15 whirls. This allows him to lift and lower his tail much more easily than other races. Thus the raised form is actually given by nature.
There is a difference, however, between a high level of silence, due to the vertebrae and a deliberately erected silence from fear or stress or nervousness.

Dahika

it doesn't always have to be afraid. In the spring, my Arab girl does this quite well, and then I interpret it with a desire for life and joy on the fresh grass. But she never does it on her hand.

This allows him to lift and lower his tail much more easily than other races.

LOL… and most of all, the Arab has not as many whistling hairs as the Friese or the Haflinger. Their tails are just much harder to lift. The forerunner of my mare, asiler AV from the Babson-Davenport line was the horse-having Haji Halef Omar. 7 hairs right, 6 hairs left.

Yes on the meadow it is different, but the horses in the video link of Lochnet seem to be all nervous or frightened.

Really?
So my Arab has a very voluminous silence

Dahika

well. there are also humans such and such. If I took my gelding's hair together in my hand, the strand was about as thick as a finger.

StRiW

This little one I know my horse:

While tensioned horse with tail beating

and disturbed this horizontal from or perpendicular position

β™ͺ relaxed Horse the silence lets him calm down commutation

If you look at the mien game of these horses in your video and also the rather hectic movement, they are all in the acute escape mode. They're stressful!

Exceptions are, for example, horses where you cut the lower muscles of the whistle. Names nicking and is prohibited in Germany.

the angled tail spine shifts the intestinal output and pushes back the end intestine so that the horse, if it is very excited, does not have to. for that it must be slower.

control is carried out by means of band apparatus starting from the pneumonia.

at least the horses on the unspeakable shows. Mine likes to do this on the pasture in spring. And would probably scream β€œJuchu”.

That's right, I was able to observe that sometimes with my Freiberger girl. It's just a difference whether horse does this voluntarily or because it's haunted by man because any heinis find it great. I dare to doubt that the questioner could recognize and understand this difference at all. And certainly my horse never does it because of "see how great I am", but as with you rather from "Juhu ich leben" as an expression of joy of life.

Lochnet: one last time. EVERY Arab owner, who is on his horse, disgusts these scenes!!! Like any animal-friendly dressage rider, GE also disgusts the roll-up.
This is animal torture and you don't want to know what's going on behind the scenes. DA where no audience is present.

So stop awarding these images as beautiful. You could otherwise come up with the idea that a horse is only there for you to increase your own self-worth. And that's ugh.

JFF123

The video is really disgusting.

I absolutely agree with the others.

If you sign something like this, you definitely lack some basic knowledge and perception.

If I were to admit that someone who has something to do with my horses has such an attitude towards that.
If the person should definitely not have any contact with my horses, as I would have to make sure that the person doesn't care about the horses because they find it "beautiful"…

Punkgirl512

You'll find the hectic gesture and the excitement in the video? Then you should work on your basic attitude to horses or rethink them. Making that conscious is disgusting. Especially since the horse in the video is not really with the head… Not even looking for a good video.

That shouldn't be a goal. If it's your goal, please find another hobby.

Kaktus800

"why do they look like that"

Because I can put every horse in fear and terror. Easy. If you do this intentionally because you find the "beautiful", you will find yourself on the same level with all the other heinis that bare their horses, ride a rollercoaster and drive other shining lures. Just because no one sits on the horse and wants to ask for a performance that the horse voluntarily cannot give/maybe, I find it no less cruel.

verreisterNutzer

Because people like you stand on that. Do you think this show is fun for the horses? When they get shiny and are constantly dressed with bark or pulled around in the mouth while the mouths on the grandstand? Certainly not. But people like you are on spectacles.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_eXfeFyMYo

Especially for you, I ran out a comparison video, even with an Arab. You see, here too, the tail is carried high compared to the Otto Normal WB, but the horse is neither panic nor stressed.

But as I know you, you'll find your video all the more amazing because it looks so great.

verreisterNutzer

why do they look like that

HorseCatOwner

I've got an Arab rod and I've only rarely seen her run as bright as the horses in the video (if she was rusty when she was frightened) and I'm very happy about it, because that shows me she's okay.

verreisterNutzer

She thinks Arabs have to look like this because they have so much temperament.

They don't care about the fact that the horses are incredibly stressful.

Kaktus800

You should let yourself know about horse body language so you can see what the horse wants to tell you. If you feel a shiny horse as beautiful, something is wrong with your perception. And whoever can't recognize a shiny horse should really work on his basic attitude, I can definitely agree with Punkgirl from deepest hearts.
