Your experiences with sertraline?

Hello everyone

I have been receiving medication for my generalized anxiety disorder and moderate to severe depression for about four years (January 2019). For the first few weeks, I was given half a tablet (equivalent to 25g), after which the dosage was adjusted to 50g. Over the course of these four years, I have achieved a lot, experienced relapses and setbacks, changed therapists, and undergone outpatient treatment, yet the dosage has always remained at 50g.

My question now is whether anyone would like to tell me about their experiences with the medication, generally whether you also have a constant dosage and if not, what led to the increase/reduction and also whether and what side effects you have noticed.
