Constant companion – a black bird?

Hello,

For three years, my 13-year-old, seriously ill son has had a constant companion (sometimes two or three), a large black bird (a raven or a crow). At first, it always sat in a tree on the way to school. Later, we saw it approaching our house every day. For the past year, he, or they, have mostly stayed on our property.

In the morning before we get up, he loudly draws attention to himself and sometimes sits right in front of the front door…..

I must mention that my son is seriously ill and can hardly attend school regularly anymore….

Now to my question… why does this bird display such behavior for no reason at all????

Did your son often feed crows on his way to school? In this case, they would surely have loved him, crow love goes (also) through the stomach and they are not only very faithful and ugly but even tell their chicks stories about nice and evil people who then even recognize them.
I brush in spring at a crow colony my bitch, who cries me one and 30 birds come to pick up the smallest furs for their nests 😀 If they weren’t just I’m still quite popular: I sometimes lose small pieces of dry meat and they know exactly where this is gone. Zahm is different but they already come to 1-2m and “talk” all the time quietly.

Or you take it as omen, raven birds have a bad reputation as death birds. I find quite unjustified to curse a whole genus just because she was smart enough to stop at targeting sites because there was buffet…

That’s great.

You’re not gonna believe in such a bullshit.

Give him something to eat and let him see your son. he’s happy.

Whether the intention is, I doubt, although this is one of the most intelligent animals in the world.

For me, these are the greatest birds.

Would your son be happy if he could get even closer? Put some food on the window bench.
