Delete hard drive?
Hello everyone,
I want to completely erase my hard drive. Problem:
I only have one installed. My Windows runs from that one. How can I permanently delete all the files? I tried using DNBS or whatever it's called. But something went wrong there, and the USB stick is no longer recognized.
Anyone have any suggestions?
Do you think this:

You need to start from Windows to build a bootable USB stick.
That's it. I didn't find anything in the BIOS either. Back in Windows I couldn't find the USB stick anymore.
So not in the data carrier administration?
Here is another method:

Is that an HDD or SSD?
There are still similar tools, moment…
No way. But do you know another way to delete all files?
Extend HDD and clamp it to another productive system, eg via USB adapter.
Here either make (slow!) formatting or eg KillDisk ,
You cannot delete a disk on which the currently running operating system is active.
Hi.
What exactly do you have with the PC or the hard drive?
You can take a bootstick, with Linux or a Windows installation, as you can format the board.
That's enough if you want to use it for yourself.
For resale, you need something else because you can restore the data.
If you only want to scrape the computer/plate, then treat it lovingly with a hammer, a bite, if the board is defective, in which a pase thick macks are in there that the pcat no longer rotates, no one will bother to save data.
