A solar storm that paralyzes the internet for months?

My TikTok feed is currently going crazy. This is due to a supposedly imminent solar storm that could paralyze the internet for up to six months. But somehow, I find the whole situation quite strange. Is this really true? Will the internet completely crash in the next six months? Or is this (as always) completely unfounded scaremongering?

A sunstorm only takes hours, so the time it acts on Earth.
Of course, if the wires go through it, it takes longer to fix them, but months I think I'm exaggerated.

The storm of stupidity that sweeps through the Internet is what you have to fear. Otherwise you will be informed at the source https://spaceweather.com

tiktok, insta or whatsapp are the most reliable info sources in this world, aren't they?

Do you believe this learned science, who claim something else, who knows best with the matter and who can judge the regular plasma and gas outbursts on the sun whether they can briefly penetrate through the magnetic field of the earth?

and even teachers at schools spread such expert knowledge, tremendous!
