Why does my rubber tree have red leaves?

Hello,

I got a rubber tree yesterday during a house clearance. It was potted and even had a watering aid.

However, it has a single red leaf. Why is that? Is that normal?

This is normal for a young leaf – it still turns around

This is quite normal;-)

When the sheet is completely formed, it becomes green/white like all others 😉
