I want to fertilize my aquarium with fertilizer balls. Does each plant get a ball of fertilizer?

Hi, as you can read above, I bought fertilizer balls for my aquarium. I would put one ball under each plant…I'm just worried that it might be too much since I have shrimp in my aquarium.
By the way, I have about 4cm of soil layer, or active soil, because I need a pH value of 6.5.

Is that deep enough or could too much fertilizer get into the water?

Or would it make sense to place a ball on top of the soil so it dissolves in the water? Assuming it doesn't become too much.

I have absolutely no experience with fertilizing the aquarium

Hello,

I’d put a bullet under each plant.

This is usually done!

or actively floor as I need ph worth 6.5.

Soil? How do you keep the value so low? What GH do you have? By the way, 4cm is not exactly much, but also comes on the species.

or would it make sense to put a ball on earth at the top so it dissolves i water?

No, it doesn’t make sense, there are liquid fertilizers! It also depends on what plant species you have, rosette plants take nutrients over roots, whereas stem plants make the nutrients dissolved!
