I recently bought a Steam game using KLARNA SOFORTÜBERWEISUNG.
The money was withdrawn from my bank account after a few minutes, but Steam told me I hadn't paid. I contacted Steam support, but they don't even respond these days…
Does anyone have any idea how I can get my money back? (It's €30 that I wouldn't want to just throw away.)
Note: All payments were made through the official Windows Steam client.
