Water quality of the bathing lakes this summer?

In recent years, the bathing season, at least in our area, was over by the beginning of August at the latest, as virtually all lakes, dams and ponds were no longer usable for swimming due to blue-green algae.

This year it wasn't quite as hot and the waters were replenished abundantly from the heavens! 😅

Here it seems that the blue-green algae will come later this year or perhaps not at all.
