The Steam Cloud is there, but this is not what you suspect here. The Steam Cloud can easily store game levels and sync between multiple devices.

As has already been said: GeForce NOW is compatible with your Steam library.

You can also use Steam Remote Play. If you've got your PC somewhere, but you'd rather sit on the couch, you can also sit on the phone… if the game naturally supports it.

GeForceNow has compatibility with Steam, Epic Games launcher and I believe Uplay.

steam itself does not offer it.

You can also use GeForceNow free of charge. Then you can only get 1 hour. Play at the play and have waiting times.

Yes by getting the Priority membership. You can also restart the game after the free hour.
