Roller shutter only goes down halfway?
Hello, the roller shutter on one of my skylights can only be lowered halfway, after which it simply stops. What could be causing this, and what can I do?

Readjust the end position or have the motor determine the position. The instructions for the roller blind or motor describe how to do this.
Which variant and how exactly this works also varies depending on the roller shutter's design. With defined end stops in both directions, motors (the motor control system) can determine this automatically by traveling along the path; otherwise, it sometimes has to be done manually.

You need an instruction manual that describes how to program the endpoints.
There are nameplates for this somewhere.
You can search the internet using the name and find the instructions.
