The question is, however, whether the line can be switched by the new provider even before 25.1., or whether the port is only then released by the previous provider. Otherwise no provider can switch. If the port is free, it will be within a few days.
Buy a car and try to register it in a German city without an express service.
With "going" and driving the next day car is nothing.
If you're lucky – and I don't mean ironic – you might get an appointment in 3-4 weeks.
Quickly it always costs "extra" money if "fast" is offered at all.
