Hello, as you can see in the picture I have something like a blister on the top of my foot under my toe due to friction during martial arts. Is there anything I can do about it?
I think I once saw a kind of compression tights that also fit on the feet, but I can't find them anymore.
If you do barefoot sports, I'd use normal sports tape. You can then do a little patch on the wound and glue the tape around it a few times. It's important that you don't let the tape end up in places where you're doing a lot. So completely stick around the toe joint so that the tape does not roll up during training.
And wash your feet before it sticks better. The whole thing can also be done if you wear boxing shoes or the like.
Take for feet 3.5-3.8 cm wide tape.
Good tape is leukotape, which is fantastically glued, but very expensive. Or otherwise normal sports tape you can find in most sports shops (or at Budni).

What helps me (has been walking at 50km) to use running socks. These are breathable and very adjacent and thus also have a blood circulation-promoting effect. Since I used these, I have no more bubbles.
