I've seen this mod or plugin on servers a few times now, which lets you do admin and other things over players or in chat, but even after researching and searching, I still don't know what it's called or where to find it. If anyone knows it, please let me know. Thanks in advance for your answers.

These are simply modified prefixes with a texture pack. Is the thousand to buy on BBB:

How can I change the textures from the prefixes when I use the example luck perms?
These are then any Chinese characters that are replaced with a resource pack by the pictures

I assume that the servers do this through a texture package.
