Which method is best suited to prepare for an ergometer examination?

Many people struggled with the ergometer, including me. Achieving the required wattage requires a lot of training—but I haven't found the right training plan for me yet. 14 minutes at an increasing intensity up to 225 watts is quite a lot.

Are there any tips on what might work best here? What intervals, strength, endurance, etc.?

Doesn't seem like that… so, as a rule, the whole thing starts with a low load and the scale as uniform as possible and keeps a steady pace. It's usually at 60 times. At certain time intervals, the device step by step increases the resistance – i.e. load or wattage – while blood pressure is constantly measured and also the heartbeat. If your heart rate and/or blood pressure has reached a critical limit for your age, the device automatically switches off. If you are untrained, you will never reach 225 Watt load because you would have fallen from the device before. I guess you'll be untrained at 120 to 140 watts. stop the reached limit values, or you give up yourself. So don't panic before the test.
