Can you wash the kumquat pupa?

Hello, I'd like to pass my doll on to my niece, but I'd like to get her in shape first. I've looked it up online, and it says that the new dolls can be washed, but not the old ones. I don't know which one I have. Could someone help me? And if I can wash them, how should I wash them? Thanks in advance 🙂

with hand wash. I would take cold water and then hang up to dry
