Godot 4: Move many objects or display a video – save resources?

Which of the two options is better when it comes to putting as little strain on Godot as possible so that when I do more and more there are no problems/lags/crashes.

…and do you know a more gentle option?

In Godot, a video is usually less burdensome than many moving objects. But best to try both and see what's better with you.
is also strongly dependent on the application.

Yes, for most games, hiding a video would be easier for performance than many moving objects. So yes, the video is probably the better choice.
