I can definitely recommend the idea of ​​"Germanyist"! (of course this also goes with other subcultures/music directions, such as "Rock/Metal/Goth…", you can also replace the word "Club" with "Disco"/"Kneipe"/"Bar"/etc.). In addition, every year in Cologne there is the Amphi, a Gothic & Black Scene + Aggrotech Festival. Also on other alternative concerts, in such shops or in Facebook groups that have almost any larger city/region, you will find like-minded. Here in the south I would know a little better (especially in the district Waldshut on the Hochrhein/Swiss border and the Lake Constance region)

Depends on the scene. Although I am a 2000s emo that is very interested in the original punk and gothic scene, I would also think about the punk scene and the club there.
When it comes to Goths or Scene's/Emo's, you can go to Leipzig or Düsseldorf to the ET's (Emo meetings) or GT's (Goth meetings).
It is about alternative residential projects, house projects, multigeneration models, Tiny House settlements, but also there guests are welcome.
