And how much dried coconut can I eat per day?
The only capsules that taste are those of Nespresso. However, they are also the most expensive and of course not particularly sustainable.

Capsules are an environmental sin. But I admit that the coffee from a capsule machine tastes better. However, as a pad machine, I only know the Senseo and that is not much for good coffee.

… only freshly ground beans!

Screen carrier machine with gently roasted coffee and ground at home with a manual mill. No additional garbage and best result.
None of them, you need a machine specially built for these things, a nogo for me.
Soluble coffee is far more practical.
And to this end environmentally friendly and cheaper
Less garbage.
I don’t know what’s better, but I prefer the capsules.
