Car makes strange noises when turning?

My car (Fiat 500) has been making strange noises lately whenever I turn slightly left. It's a very high-pitched noise, accompanied by a grinding noise on the left side. As soon as I brake, the noise and the grinding disappear. It usually only occurs after a longer drive (about 40 minutes), and after about 10 km, it disappears again.

What could that be?

Better go to a workshop and let the ma check. It was the other day that when we drove through potholes, it always climbed relatively loudly (Ford Fiesta). We drove to the Ford dealer, he checked it out and ne feather was through. Let the car get checked

Then, if the sound is still there, I would still go and say that they should check it out more closely.

Car lifter, up the wheel, turn and hear. Or move the tire back and forth axially.
