Remove fish smell from pants?

Hi! A few weeks ago, I had an accident. I had these vitamin tablets in my pocket and forgot to take them out. Then the pants with the tablets ended up in the washing machine. The tablets dissolved and still smelled like fish. I've washed the pants about five times, including once with vinegar, and the smell is still there (it's gotten a little better). How can I get rid of this smell once and for all? Thanks for your tips.

How to clean washing machine at 90°C with a washing machine cleaner and pretreat the trousers at the appropriate place with gall soap. Otherwise there are certain tinctures to get away with that. Otherwise, it's just gonna help. Or you'll spray them with Febréze.

There's a smell remover in Dr. Beckmann's drugstore. Maybe this will help?!

Put your pants in the freezer for a few days. It always helps me.
