I bought a black Lacoste hat about a week ago. Yesterday, I washed it correctly according to the label, and it shrank. I actually did everything right: washed it with the same color and at 30 degrees, and it still didn't shrink. I still have the bag and the receipt. Is there anything I can do to make it bigger again, or should I just exchange it?
