What happens if someone crashes into my scooter (Mallagutti Phantom f12)?

An elderly lady hit my scooter earlier. It was parked in a parking lot and she didn't see it. According to passersby, she then went shopping. I was also shopping at the time and didn't notice. I then confronted the lady. I now have her insurance card. Does anyone know what happens next and whether I will get money for the broken parts? It's not a total loss, it's just the battery that blew out, the indicator is broken and there are lots of scratches on the paintwork? I would appreciate a quick reply.

You can make the damage appreciated by the dealer; best of all at no cost. With the amount you can contact the insurance or wait for their demand . The parts and work as well as the impairment are replaced by the scratches. If the residual value of the scooter is exceeded, there is only the residual value amount . Value added tax will only be taken over later if repair is detected.
