Did I fail my driving test because I drove at 115 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on the way back?

Hello everyone, I'm feeling very insecure right now. The test went really well with a few minor mistakes that weren't too bad. The expert said after just 25 minutes that it was fine for him and that we should go back to the traffic department. On the way back I was full of adrenaline and anticipation because I knew I'd passed. Then it happened. On the way back about 10 minutes away I was driving at 116 km/h in a 100 km/h zone. It was only a few meters later that I noticed it and braked accordingly. I didn't pass! The test expert said to me and my driving instructor at the traffic department that I didn't show any reaction, but I was so focused on the journey at that moment that I didn't dare say anything. Now the driving instructor is telling me I have to do about 4-6 more driving lessons (I have 28 lessons). I think that's pretty unfair and he won't register me again for about 3 weeks. The problem is I really need the test for work reasons. I even had to wait a year to take the test because of a new law, and not even my driving instructor knew about it. (I'll be 20 in May 2021). Now I really don't know what to do. Should I get a new driving instructor and register right away, or take those 4-6 driving lessons, although that seems like a lot to me.

Thanks for reading

What new law is that?

You have fallen too well out of your own "blood" .. you can't blame the FL. It is normal to drive 4-6 hours after a non-existent test.

The Tüv is full .. there are not the exams like sand by the sea .. you also plan with other students what one are so far .. there you have to buy some waiting times… 2 weeks lock you anyway.

Hi, that's an offense. 16 too much – every examiner must let you fall through.

It's normal that you have to do a few driving hours after not passing the test.

Even if 2-3 might have been enough, what do you want to do?

Log in to new driving school, you pay the basic fee again.

If you're so nervous about driving that you don't notice traffic signs, it's not going to take a few more driving hours. Next time you'll see a sign or right in front of the left.

Do the driving hours, make another check and is good. And stop pulling around and looking for the guilt with others. That's not unfair, but it was your mistake. Can happen, but then you have to go through,

In theory, you could have been blitzed because it was a violation that would cost you up to €60. And if you don't even notice it in time when the examiner sits next to you and you should really be very attentive, that's the consequences.

It's too bad for you now, but it's really justified.

Staff bad luck. You're not the first and not the last one to rattle through the practical exam because of carelessness.

Next time eyes on the road.

And what do you expect now? What is the answer you hope for – or did you want to give to the world only your suffering and misery? Should we collect or what?

You were right to fall through – Sense!
