Alternative to Amazon Prime Music without a subscription?

I never placed much value on a good music service, so I used Amazon Music since I already had Prime. Now Amazon has changed its music delivery system, and without the unlimited version, Amazon Music is almost useless to me. I'm looking for a free service that offers an iOS app. As I said, I don't place much value on these services and would be happy creating and downloading playlists. Whether there are 100 million songs or just 3 million is irrelevant. If such a service exists, please let me know here.

Look at it for free or as a “premium” (10€ per month).

I think it's mega.
