what kind of "cuddly toy" is this?

Hey, my sister and I have been trying for some time to find out where her stuffed animal (or whatever you call it for a non-animal? :D) came from and to find a complete picture of it, since we no longer have the original and don't have any complete photos, and she would like to relive her memories. We think it's a Harlequin from Sterntaler, but I can't find it like that (with the blue hat, yellow sleeves… see what else is visible in the picture) anywhere. Does anyone know where it really comes from? Can you even send a link to a picture or, in the best case scenario, to a website where someone is selling one?
