Hi, I've been wearing a fine aligner for a week to adjust the roots of my teeth. Now, when I put it on, I noticed a bit of an uncomfortable feeling, and when I took it out, I noticed that the left end of the aligner was slightly bent. I don't know what to do. Will the aligner bend again on its own if I wear it and bite on it often enough?

Loading...I have crooked teeth, not particularly exceptionally crooked, but enough so that my vampire teeth are crooked and my "buck teeth" push forward. So everything is very tight up top. an algine usually bends only when it comes into contact with hot water. Or he was overwhelmed when he was taken out.
You don’t get that 100%, then you have to get a new one.
