Shortness of breath when there is a draft on your back?

Today at school, I was hunched over for a while, with my elbows on the desk and my hands on my chin. The window was open next to me, and when I stood up straight again, I felt a sharp pain in my back and had trouble breathing for a few minutes. I couldn't breathe, and it hurt.

Does anyone know what this is?

It didn’t come from train, but from your seat. Had to have left after a relatively short time. The pains come through the pressure of the lungs on the bones. Breathe until it no longer goes and gently breathe again. Repeat 2-3 times and the pain leaves. Got the info from my lung doctor.
