Change pill time?

Hello,

I am now on my first period break from my pill.

I'm flying abroad for a year on Wednesday and take the pill at 8:00 pm Because of the time difference, I would have to take the pill at 2:00 pm My question is, can I change the time so I can take the pill at 8:00 pm, or do I still have to take it according to German time?

I would move the pill gradually by about 4-8 hours (per day) until you have reached your desired time – if you take a micropill (combination pill).
If you take a mini pill (preparation with gestagen, without estrogen), you must not exceed 3 hours in the shift.

Or you finish your cycle and take the pill (after the bleeding) in the next cycle at your desired time. I'd advise you more. However, both alternatives should work smoothly. 🙈
