Heart pain and difficulty breathing due to psychological stress (assumption)?

Hello,

I (14, male) have had slight heart pain almost constantly for a few months, and breathing is becoming more difficult. It feels as if someone is holding my heart and gently pressing it; in any case, I can feel my heart very strongly. I'm not sure why this is happening. It's often particularly bad in the evenings before school because I'm already imagining the next day and almost every little thing that could be stupid pops into my head. I also get angry and sad from time to time for no reason. For example, I get jealous quickly (an online friend I recently met is trying to make more online friends. This scares me; I'm afraid she's showing preference for the next person. Likewise, we used to text for several hours at a time, but now it's less, and it makes me very sad that I can't really get to know her). I'm also generally a shy person and afraid of social contact, of saying the wrong thing, etc. I just worry too much about everything, usually only bad things. I don't know of a solution. They always say there's a solution to every problem, but I don't know what the problem is. I've considered going to a therapist or psychologist, but I don't know if they can help me.

Thanks for any help♥️

In the beginning I can say to calm you down, that’s nothing you can do. Your approach with a therapist is already very good. It seems that you have light social problems and you’re talking about a therapy. This means self-love acceptance self-confidence and something. Heartaches and severe breathing are typical symptoms. Especially in front of school, there is social interaction. You also seem to think about what might be. In a therapy zb would learn to live in here and now. The whole thing doesn’t sound so drastically in the sense that it should be easy to resolve your fears. It is also not a shame to accept help. Maybe you should talk to your parents about it.
If you’re afraid to talk to your parents there are also numbers on the Internet where you can call or you can contact your school psychologists if you trust them. In addition, meditations or breathing exercises against fear also help well. And don’t try to worry too much even if it’s hard.

Maybe Franziska can help you with “Franzi” and she makes first-class meditations on all possible occasions. Horch as an example just in here

In long nights at the hospital after a 5-hour surgery, she helped me a lot.

Mental complaints can affect the body, which is called psychosomatic.

For example, you have stress with the school and stress to make sure your heart hits and you can remember that.

Please go to the family doctor and talk to your fears. On the one hand, for a short check, on the other hand, you can see how best to help you.

If you are very anxious to be replaced by fear, etc., there are ways to learn other patterns of thought to get better understood or to explore where the fears come from.

This sounds like a generalized anxiety disorder (GAS) and should be treated as quickly as possible. A psychiatrist or psychotherapist would be the right address.
