Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Childhood Season 2 Episode 11b?

Warning, spoilers.

I don't like seeing blood.

In the episode "Being a Vampire Must Be Nice," SpongeBob and Patrick are vampires and drink blood from tetra packs in the first aid hut. Patrick said that he liked the raspberry AB flavor when SpongeBob asked him about it.

To me it looked like blood that was stored in packaging that looked like tetra packs. Did Patrick mean to say that it was raspberry juice, or is it actually blood? And can something like that be shown in children's TV shows these days? I'd say a moderate amount. For those who watched the episode properly and don't mind being mugged, here's the information: I'd say the first aid hut was half full of it, with large stains almost everywhere. I hope it's strawberry juice, which looks harmless like blood.
