I have a preliminary appointment at a clinic, but I need a referral. How do I get one?

So, I have a preliminary consultation for a psychosomatic clinic on July 24th and need a referral from my family doctor or something similar, but how? What if my doctor thinks I don't need one, etc.

Maybe you have tips

Don't worry about a stress, a pediatrician also lives by writing transfers. He prefers to write one too many than one too few.

Just make an appointment, describe a problem and then you get it. It was the same with me.

Then why are you worried? The clinic is a therapy place.. only stationary..

So as far as I know when you go to your HA and say, "I have a preliminary discussion for a clinic and need a transfer there" the HA puts it out.
