Can you take meat with you on your trip to Turkey?

Hello,

I want to drive to Turkey this year. I'll probably go through Austria, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria. The other option would be Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, and Bulgaria. I'm considering taking several packs of sucuk with me along the way. However, I don't know what the legal situation is there. I've never driven through there before. Would there be any problems at the border?

As long as you're traveling in the EU, everything is fine. When the EU leaves and especially when entering the EU from non-EU countries, meat becomes a problem.

I would take care of Slovenia, who are shocking one at the border (has already happened to myself twice). I don't know if I could help you with that. I don't know anything about the other countries except Croatia, you don't have to worry.
