Car battery has dropped below 0.3V?
I have a Ford Focus ST that has a subwoofer and an amplifier installed. I suspect there was a short circuit somewhere, and the car is now constantly drawing power from somewhere.
Does anyone know what the problem might be?
Buy a new battery and find out what the battery sucks empty?
Clamp off your base… if it wasn't that I would pull the fuses step by step to limit the error.
Something's gonna be wrong or broken. Remote diagnosis is not possible, let it be checked in the workshop.
It may be that the carbon brushes of your light machine are consumed. Then your battery won't charge.
To get a normal and hot car battery (charged) suddenly to below 0.3V, there are already many 100A.
If it happens overnight, you now have a low-charged battery that you can most likely dispose of.
Yes: In the car, where should we know that???
Here, check for quiescent current and clamp the sub-ground. Then load the battery and hope it's not over.
