How do I lose weight if I don't eat much anyway?
Hi, I'm 175cm tall and 115kg, so I'm obviously overweight. I eat two rolls with salad and turkey sausage in the morning and another one at lunch. I generally eat very little. How can I lose weight now? I cycle 100km a week and hardly drink soda, mostly water. Anyone have any suggestions?

That you eat SO little and move SO a lot. So from your point of view, UNBEDINGT should be all right to take off. This sounds like self-conception, but not realistic information.
I drive every day 10 km back to work and evening 5 times a week that are 100km that is not much. I eat so little because I get bad when I eat more. But this is obviously not right, because otherwise something would happen. Until 14 months ago I only ate pizza 2 – 3 per day and 2 liters of energy drink and weighed 125. In the 14 months I do it as I have described and am on weight for about 6 months. Maybe that’s enough because I don’t have to move at work or so I don’t know why I’m asking
Maybe you don’t have to do sports every day just 2 times the week and 1 1/2 hours long! You have to try if you want to lose weight.
But you’re supposed to love just how you don’t care if thin or thick you’re pretty like you are <3
