Flight – No booking confirmation?

Hey,

I bought a flight through travel2be a few days ago, but unfortunately, the provider has countless negative reviews online.

An attempt was made to book a flight with the provider. After selecting the payment method and completing the transfer, there was no change on the provider's website. There was no indication or other indication that a flight had been booked. The payment window was still displayed, but the money had been withdrawn.

After one day, Klarna, which I paid with, sent me an email stating that the order could not be processed properly for technical reasons and would be canceled. I would receive my money back within 10 days.

So far, everything's fine. I figured the flight hadn't been booked anyway, since I didn't receive a booking confirmation from the provider and the transfer was canceled.

However, upon visiting the provider's website, I noticed that the "booked" flight is displayed under "My Flights." It displays a reservation code, not a booking code, and a note stating that payment is pending.

Does a reservation code equal a booking? If a reservation is just a reservation, why is a pending payment displayed? Even after this flight suddenly appeared on the provider's website, I still haven't received an email.

Should I be worried that the flight has been booked after all?

It's almost impossible to reach the provider; they ask for a booking number, which you don't have because you didn't receive a booking confirmation.

Thanks.

I will receive my money within 10 days.

that's the most important thing.

Forget him and book directly at the airline.

And that can be expensive. A contract has been made, so the FS is in the payment obligation. Just because there was a mistake with Klarna, it doesn't mean that the FS is out.
