Looking for a horror/thriller about a woman moving into a new house?

I'm looking for a film that must be at least 6 years old by now, probably older. Unfortunately, I can only remember fragments. It was a thriller/horror film in which a young woman (maybe with a partner, but I think alone) moves into a house. When she moves in, strange, scary things happen. I think, among other things, there's a dead animal on the ceiling in the house. This is why she calls the police, who are guarding the house. As far as I remember, it turns out that in the end it's an older lady, maybe a neighbor, but in any case, she had contact with her independently. I think there was something with a doll? Unfortunately, that was a really long time ago. The film was shown normally on TV back then.
Unfortunately I don't know more 🙁
