Double room accidentally booked for only 1 person?

Hello to you,

I just noticed that I reserved a room for only 1 person instead of 2.

Now there are the following problems:

1. The arrival day is today

2. The hotel is closed until 5:00 PM, so I can't reach anyone.

What options do I have now?

I would be very grateful for any helpful answers! And please refrain from inappropriate comments—I'm so annoyed with myself right now that I only noticed this today.

Thank you very much!

I'm sure it won't be a problem at checkin to get up. On the contrary. They are happy – and I am sure that the second half of the bed was not booked otherwise. ;

You can only:

1. Pay an upgrade (MUST go there double room)

2. Hope for the cunning of the provider and have a tent for the doubt…. 🙈

3….if you can and want to drive the unofficial rail, you will naturally try to insert person 2 unnoticed.

Many hotels only have rooms with double beds anyway. Problems could only exist if the hotel is fully booked and there are actually single rooms. Also then you might be able to help with an extra bed.

Or you have to cuddle tightly 🙂

If you have actually booked a double room for single use, then there will be no problems when you arrive at second. If you have booked a single room, then surely a DZ will be free.
