Does anyone have experience with the Steigenberger Hotel chain? I stayed at the Steigenberger Aldau in August. What did you think of the service and cleanliness?

I know a number of Steigenberger hotels in Germany and Austria.
I don't know the Al Dau Hotel in Hurghada.
I could never complain about cleanliness and service.
