Pause my ticket?

Hello everyone, here's the thing: due to the current situation, my sister and I are unable to go to work, so we've paused our ticket. We've already received an email saying that our ticket is now paused. My sister used the ticket once anyway because she thought she wouldn't be checked anyway, but an inspector came that day and checked her as normal. She didn't say anything about the pause and the ticket was processed without any problems, i.e. the inspector carried on and no error was shown on his device. And now the question: how is that possible when the ticket is actually paused??? It was checked again today and the ticket worked perfectly again. Has there been a mistake? Or do the people at SWK just say it's paused but in reality you can just carry on using it?? I'd be interested to know out of curiosity 🙂 Thank you in advance. But that doesn't mean I would do it. I'm just interested in why it wasn't shown as an error.

Many thanks in advance!

Usually, pauses always work only at the end of the month or at the end of the month. You should be careful.

: After the ticket is scanned, you can still get a payment request due to black driving if it was a system error.
